The Henderson / Massey Local Board has continued with their awesome support of TURBO TOUCH in the West Auckland region through their financial support of two unique intitiatives .
Grant 1: Trust Stadium Friday Night Whanau Competition will see over 150 Westies gather each Friday night from 6:30pm at Trusts Stadium for their Weekly dose of Balls Skills, Cardio and Social interaction. There are 2 separate 10-week Friday Night Seasons; “Autumn” from May – July and “Winter” from August- October. The Board contribution will go towards venue hire and a “Koha” towards Managers and referees.

Grant 2: Turbo N Vibes is a one-day Tournament that has a proud history over the years as the NATIONAL TURBO CLUB CHAMPS. The event was changed 2 years ago to attract more social teams, but hasn’t actually gone ahead owing to covid. In 2022 The event will have 3 separate grades, CLUB CHAMPS where 10 Elite teams will fight it out for bragging rights, The “B Grade” contested by teams from competitions in & around Auckland and finally the Super Social Grade, that would consist of whanau and corporate teams. The event is scheduled for the TRUST ARENA on Saturday the 3rd September.
Once again MASS is thankful for the Local Board’s contribution that will go towards venue hire costs of the Trust stadium, as well as assisting to get referees and other event related overheads covered. To enter click here
